Tips and Gratuities Notice
This notice is displayed in accordance with Section 4E of the Payment of Wages Act 1991 (as amended).
1. Cash Payments
Dry & Fly does not accept cash payments in any salon. All customer payments are processed electronically.
2. Electronic Tips
All tips and gratuities paid by card or other electronic means are paid in full to the stylist identified at the point of payment.
Electronic tips are processed through payroll and are subject only to statutory deductions required by law (for example, PAYE, PRSI and USC where applicable).
The company does not retain any portion of electronic tips.
3. Service Charges
Dry & Fly does not apply mandatory service charges.
Any discretionary gratuity added by a customer is treated as a tip and distributed as set out above.
4. Wages
Tips and gratuities are not used to offset wages or contractual pay.
Basic pay is paid separately from, and in addition to, any tips received.
This notice applies to all salons operated by Dry & Fly Limited.
